Healthcare

A primary healthcare centre for six villages

On 28 July 2024, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma inaugurated the Sant Shri Dularam Kularia Primary Healthcare Centre in Moolwas village, Nokha block. It was built by Narsi Kularia and Jagdish Kularia of Narsi Interior Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. in memory of Sant Shri Dularam Kularia, and handed over to the Rajasthan government.12

The project began in 2020 as a CSR initiative to improve healthcare in Seelwa.2 The completed centre, built at a reported cost of ₹15 crore, serves Seelwa, Charkra, Dawa, Tant, Kedli and Badhda.1

Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, State Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar and Food Supply Minister Sumit Godara attended the inauguration.1

    The Thar Express reported that Narsi Kularia organised the Virat Hindu Dharm Sabha on 28 February 2026 at Narsi Villa, the orchard of Sant Shri Dularam Kularia in Silwa (Seelwa). Around 25,000 people from some 80 villages were expected, with the Governor of Rajasthan and Sadhvi Ritambhara among the scheduled guests.5
