One firm, three names
The business Narsi Kularia founded in 1986 as Narsi & Associates operates today as Narsi Group, with Narsi Interior Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. as its corporate entity. He is described as its Chairman and Managing Director; Jagdish Kularia serves as a director.12
The group presents itself as a one-stop, pan-India turnkey interior fit-out provider — taking a project from design through materials, manufacturing and on-site installation. Its work spans government, corporate, healthcare, banking and educational buildings.3 A 2022 report described the company as equipped with “tech-driven, Industry 4.0 solutions”.4
Its first project, in 1986, was the Lubrizol plant in Navi Mumbai. By 1994 its clients included several of India’s leading financial institutions.15

In February 2022, Construction World reported that Narsi Group had been selected to complete the loose furniture and interior fit-out of the new Parliament building, working with Tata Projects Limited as project manager and HCP Architects.4 Coral, an Italian industrial equipment maker that published a case study on the group, wrote that the rooms, library and central hall “required a labour of over 2,000 people”.6
When the building opened, Zee News listed the spaces completed by his team — the Constitution Hall, members’ lounges, library, café, dining areas, committee rooms and VIP lounges — and reported his gratitude at being part of a national institution alongside Tata.7

The international exhibition and convention centre in New Delhi, on the ITPO complex. Reports credit Narsi and Jagdish Kularia with interior work there; Narsi Kularia himself cited the Pragati Maidan convention centre among the projects “being built by Indian carpenters”.28
